Here are the answers to the most commonly asked questions to help with planning your event.
Are you insured?
Yes. We carry Liquor Liability Insurance Coverage, and can provide a copy upon request.
Do we need to provide the Bartender with bartending tools/coolers/openers?
No, our Bartenders come with a Bartending kit which provides everything they will need for the job. (there will be a list provided of everything they bring in their kit in the quote)
Are your Bartenders vaccinated?
We do have Bartenders that are vaccinated. We can provide a vaccinated Bartender upon request.
Can we have a separate cooler for beer so we do not have a line at the bar?
No. Per Arizona law, if using an insured bartending company, all alcohol must be serviced by the Bartender. (It is like taking your favorite bar, and putting it in your backyard. Same laws)

By law the Bartender has to ID guests that look under 30, as well as cutoff anyone that they feel has had to much. Everyone reacts to alcohol differently, so the Bartender has to make a judgment call based on their training, and also to make sure the event continues to run smoothly.
